How long will delivery take?

  • Standard: 2–7 business days

  • Express: 1–4 business days
    Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes/ although international shipping prices may vary.


Orders

How long does processing take?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us ASAP at

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns within 7 days, as long as items are:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With tags still attached

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — depending on stock availability. If your size or item isn’t available, we may issue store credit or a refund.

What items can’t be returned?

For hygiene and quality reasons:

  • Hats/beanies

  • Wallets

  • Any used/worn items
