Returns Policy

We want you to love your order.

If something isn’t right, we’ll help you out under the conditions below.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Return shipping for change of mind is at the customer’s expense.

2. Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will replace the item or provide store credit/refund depending on stock availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Fragrances

  • Hats/beanies

  • Wallets

  • Any item showing signs of wear

4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered.
